Mark your Calendars for November 7, 2015 and join your BSCA Board for our annual gala and fundraiser at the Bellingham Technical College from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Our fundraiser includes hearty appetizers from each of our seven sister city countries, prepared by Bellingham Technical College as well as a silent auction, and live video feeds from our sister cities.  The cost is only $65.00 per person, or $500.00 for a table of 8.
